Siluanov says Russia budget deficit to hit 3% of GDP in 2026
Finance Minister Anton Siluanov said Russia’s 2026 budget deficit will equal 3% of GDP, which is almost double the plan and more than last year, as the government prepares to review the draft 2027 budget this week.
