Pegmatite One Lithium and Gold will rebrand as Allegiance Resources, pending final Canadian Securities Exchange acceptance. Shares are expected to begin trading on the CSE on or about Sept. 24, 2026 under symbol ALLG; until then, the stock will trade under PGA. New identifiers are CUSIP 017410101 and ISIN CA0174101018.
