UniCredit shareholders approve changes to articles of association

UniCredit shareholders approved changes to the company's articles of association at an extraordinary meeting, including new rules on board slate submissions and authorising the board to issue up to EUR 5 billion of Perpetual Contingent Convertible Additional Tier 1 Notes.
