NewAmsterdam Pharma's cholesterol drugs Ubeslo, Evlarco get EU approval

The European Commission has granted marketing authorization for NewAmsterdam Pharma's Ubeslo and Evlarco, the company's obicetrapib-based low-density lipoprotein cholesterol therapies. This marks the first global approval for obicetrapib, indicated for primary hypercholesterolaemia, including HeFH, non-familial disease, or mixed dyslipidaemia.
