Latin Metals grants Aumin option to acquire Organullo gold project for US$4 million

Latin Metals granted Aumin an option to acquire 100% of the Organullo Gold Project in Salta Province, Argentina. Transaction terms include US$ 4 million in cash payments to Latin Metals over six years. Aumin committed to 40,000 meters of drilling over six years, with 3,000 meters due by year one. On exercise, Latin Metals can choose 19.9% of a listed vehicle or a 2% net smelter returns royalty.
