Navitas Semiconductor buys Magnachip shares for $5 million

Navitas Semiconductor entered a stock purchase agreement to buy 1,461,988 Magnachip common shares for $5 million, at a price of $3.42 per share. The deal is expected to close around Sept. 24, 2026.
