Litigation funder Burford resolves lawsuit against client in price-fixing cases

Litigation funder Burford Capital affiliates agreed to end their lawsuit against food distributor Harvest Sherwood for $9.5 million as part of a settlement. Burford had invested $35 million to fund Harvest's antitrust lawsuits.
