Gran Tierra Energy Inc. announced that its President and Chief Executive Officer Gary Guidry, Chief Operating Officer Sebastien Morin, Executive Vice President Corporate Services Jim Evans, and Executive Vice President Legal and Land Phillip Abraham acquired common shares on September 17, 2026. The acquisitions were made through the company's Employee Share Savings Plan at a price of $10.59 per share.
