Clariane signs €700M RCF maturing 2031, replaces prior facility

Clariane signed an unsecured, unguaranteed €700M syndicated revolving credit facility maturing in five years, replacing its prior RCF. The facility has an accordion up to €900M and pricing of EURIBOR +1.75%–3.50%, tied to leverage and ESG KPIs.
