Cloudcoco: Non-Exec Chairman buys 5m shares

Cloudcoco Group PLC said on Tuesday that its Non-Executive Chairman, Simon Duckworth, bought 5,000,000 ordinary shares in the company at 0.1650 pence per share. Duckworth directly holds 150,000,000 ordinary shares, representing 16.04% of the company's issued share capital.
