New York-listed digital retailer REVOLVE Group NYSE:RVLV said on Monday it has formed a joint venture with Donatella Versace to build a new beauty and fashion business aimed at younger consumers. The partnership was announced as luxury goods group Prada works to relaunch the Versace brand after its acquisition of the label.
