China Green Broad Ecological Technology to issue shares to settle debt

China Green Broad Ecological Technology Company Ltd said it would issue 595.1 million shares at HK$0.26 each to settle HK$154.7 million in debt. The conversion shares represent 98.51% of current shares and 49.62% of the enlarged share capital.
