Thai Reinsurance says Thaire Group Holdings will make tender offer

Thai Reinsurance PCL said on Thursday that Thaire Group Holdings will make a tender offer for the existing securities of the company. The tender offer will run from Sept. 23 to Nov. 20 at a swap ratio of one ordinary share of Thai Reinsurance for one ordinary share of Thaire Group Holdings. The offer price and tender offer period are final, the company said.
