The following documents constitute the Final Terms dated 17 September 2026 in respect of the Notes (the "Final Terms") relating to the admission to trading of the Notes for purpose of Prospectus Rules: Admission to Trading on a Regulated Market sourcebook and must be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 7 July 2026 (the "Prospectus"). Full information on The Bank of Nova Scotia and the offer of the Notes is only available on the basis of the combination of the Final Terms and the Prospectus.
