Sept 21 (Reuters) — Paramount Skydance has reached a settlement with California and other states suing to block its $110 billion merger with Warner Bros Discovery, a source familiar with the matter said on Monday. The settlement includes independent editorial boards for the CNN and CBS networks, and a $30 million penalty per film falling short of the 30-movies-a-year release target that Paramount has promised, according to the source.
