TSX flat as oil drops over 3%, Macklem eyed

Canada’s main stock index was subdued Monday, with the S&P/TSX Composite flat at 35,815.62 while oil prices fell more than 3% and energy shares were pressured. Investors also looked ahead to remarks from Bank of Canada Governor Macklem for cues on the policy path.
