Constellation, Toyota Motor North America agree 15-year renewable energy deal
Constellation Energy and Toyota Motor North America have announced a 15-year renewable energy agreement that will include new solar generation. As part of the deal, Toyota will receive renewable energy certificates (RECs) from Constellation's Milano Solar facility, with commercial operation expected in September 2027. The agreement covers over 115 MW of solar capacity.
Constellation Energy and Toyota Motor North America said on Sept 21 they have agreed to a 15-year renewable energy deal for new solar generation. Under the long-term power purchase agreement, Constellation will secure more than 115 MW of solar capacity with Ferrovial, and Toyota will receive renewable energy certificates from the Milano Solar project. Commercial operation of the project is expected in September 2027.
