The Dow Jones Index is up by 197 points or 0.38 percent on Monday. Top gainers are IBM (1.42%), JPMorgan (1.12%) and Goldman Sachs (1.11%). Biggest losses came from Chevron (-1.16%), Apple (-0.85%) and Coca-Cola (-0.53%).
