African Pioneer PLC says conditions precedent met for Xinhai Development Agreement

African Pioneer Plc announced that all conditions precedent have been met for the financing and technical services agreement signed with Hong Kong Xinhai Mining Services Limited. Xinhai will make a payment of GBP712,786, triggering the issue of shares and warrants.
