OceanaGold exits Brewer after terminating earn-in; RUSH keeps 100%

OceanaGold terminated its Brewer earn-in with Carolina Rush, leaving Carolina Rush with 100% interest and control plus about $2M of exploration data. Carolina Rush plans to drill two priority deep holes funded from current working capital.
