Cordis announced the FDA has approved its SELUTION SLR™ Drug-Eluting Balloon for treating coronary in-stent restenosis, marking the first sirolimus drug-eluting balloon available in the U.S. This device delivers sustained sirolimus therapy without a permanent implant.
