InspireMD amends Series J and K warrants, up to $11 million

InspireMD said it amended the terms of certain Series J and Series K warrants to align the trigger event with the anticipated FDA approval of CGuard Prime 80 cm, which it continues to anticipate in Q4 2026. The company said the amended warrants, if exercised in full, together with existing cash balances, are expected to provide additional resources to fund launch-related activities.
