MindWalk deploys OpenFold3 on AMD, Vultr infrastructure

MindWalk Holdings Corp. announced it has successfully deployed the open-source OpenFold3 structure prediction model on AMD Instinct MI325X GPUs within Vultr Kubernetes Engine, achieving approximately a five-fold reduction in antibody-antigen inference time compared to its previous setup. The company stated the deployment demonstrates a model-agnostic architecture and elastic compute capabilities.
