Sajal Srivastava to step down as TriplePoint Capital co-CEO

Sajal Srivastava will leave Triplepoint Capital as co-CEO effective Dec. 31, 2026. Jim Labe will become the sole CEO of Triplepoint Capital at year's end. Ian Schworer has been appointed Chief Investment Officer of Triplepoint Capital. Srivastava will remain a director on the TPVG and TPVC boards until Dec. 31, 2026.
