USACE starts NEPA review for Trilogy Metals Arctic Project

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers published a Notice of Intent to prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for Trilogy Metals' Arctic Project, formally starting NEPA review and public scoping. The draft EIS is targeted for October 2027.
