Latin Metals grants option over 100% of Organullo Gold Project

Latin Metals entered a binding letter granting Aumin an option to acquire 100% of the Organullo Gold Project. The deal includes up to $40M cash under an accelerated scenario, with Latin Metals retaining an NSR royalty.
