LEEF Brands appoints independent director Hirsh Jain

LEEF Brands Inc. appointed Hirsh Jain as an independent director, replacing Kevin Wilson, who remains CFO. Independent directors now hold three of five board seats, and the Audit and Compensation Committees are fully independent.
