Innventure appoints Eric Stober as CFO; board reshuffle announced

Innventure appointed Eric Stober as Chief Financial Officer, Principal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer effective October 19, 2026. The company also appointed Michael Madon to its Board while directors Michael Otworth and John Hewitt resigned.
