Flos B&B Italia Group completes Louis Poulsen stake sale

The group completed the sale of its entire stake in Denmark’s Louis Poulsen Group to an investment company controlled by Chr. Augustinus Fabrikker, closing after customary conditions and regulatory clearances. Proceeds are expected to largely fund a partial redemption of the group’s outstanding senior secured notes to target lower debt and improved leverage.
