PEDEVCO names COO Reagan Dukes interim CEO as Douglas Schick steps down

PEDEVCO named Chief Operating Officer Reagan Tuck (R.T.) Dukes interim president and CEO, effective Sept. 21, 2026. Former President and CEO J. Douglas Schick exited the board and the top executive role on the transition date. Schick will stay on as a non-executive senior adviser through Dec. 31, 2026, then leave the company. Dukes joined in October 2025.
