Deka Immobilien leases 6,000 sqm in Duesseldorf to Taylor Wessing

Deka Immobilien has leased approximately 6,000 square meters in Düsseldorf's Benrather Karree to law firm Taylor Wessing. The space, covering the fifth and sixth floors, is scheduled for occupancy in autumn 2028 under a long-term agreement. This lease pre-lets space that will become available when Hengeler Mueller vacates in July 2027. The Benrather Karree building has a total of about 30,000 square meters of rentable area and holds a BREEAM
