Dri Healthcare Trust Buys Royalty Rights For Us$316 Million

Dri Healthcare Trust announced it has entered into agreements to buy royalty rights for the drug Tavapadon from Bain and Novaquest for US$316 million. The trust will receive tiered royalty payments on U.S. net sales of Tavapadon, including four annual fixed payments of $23.40 million post U.S. Food and Drug Administration approval. Aggregate receipts from the Tavapadon royalty rights are capped at $437.50 million.
