Oura eyes $40-$44 share price in U.S. IPO

Oura Inc. is targeting an initial public offering price per share between $40.00 and $44.00, according to a securities filing. The company plans to offer 50 million shares of common stock. Of these, Oura will offer 13.5 million shares, while selling stockholders will offer 36.5 million shares. Eli Lilly and Company has expressed interest in purchasing up to $100 million worth of shares, and Dragoneer has indicated interest in up to $300 million.
