Bayer agrees to sell Stivarga rights to Gruenenthal for up to $431M

Bayer will sell rights to its cancer drug Stivarga to Gruenenthal Group for up to 375 million euros ($430.7 million), with patent protection in the EU expiring in 2029 and in the U.S. a year later, the acquirer said.
