Everyman Media Group announces share option exercise, PDMR deal

Everyman Media Group PLC announced the admission of 45,732 ordinary shares to trading on AIM to satisfy the exercise of options. Separately, Interim Creative Director and Executive Director Charles Dorfman purchased 125,000 ordinary shares at 54 pence each.
