Brunswick appoints Aine Denari CEO effective Jan. 1, 2027

Brunswick said CEO and Chairman David Foulkes will retire at year-end 2026. Aine Denari is appointed CEO and will join the Board effective Jan. 1, 2027; Lead Independent Director David Everitt becomes Non-Executive Chairman the same day.
