Innventure leadership appoints CFO and independent director

Innventure said CEO Bill Grieco is directing a focus on increasing Accelsius value, with parent-level cash expenses expected to significantly decline. It also announced Eric Stober as the new CFO to guide strategic transformation and appointed Michael Madon as an independent director to replace Michael Otworth.
