Dubai shisha maker AIR to issue USD Reg S notes

AIR Limited, a Dubai-headquartered shisha and tobacco products dealer, launched a US dollar-denominated Regulation S offering of senior unsecured notes guaranteed by its parent, AIR Global (Nasdaq-listed).
