Pakuan names Yoshihiro Kobi audit committee chair

Pakuan replaced its audit committee chair effective Sept. 21, 2026, naming Yoshihiro Kobi to succeed Bonny Harry. The audit committee's membership changed, adding Riza Ardiyanto while replacing Margini Setyaningsih, Irma Sundari Sulaeman.
