Meta rises after Wells Fargo lifts price target on Muse AI traction

Meta Platforms shares rose 2.4% to $681 premarket. Wells Fargo raised its price target to $796 from $640, citing early traction for the Muse AI assistant and product momentum, including record Muse US downloads of 264,000 on Sept. 19 and 448,000 daily active users on Sept. 18, per SensorTower. Wells Fargo expects new functionality for Muse on Meta Connect on Sept. 23.
