Sazerac launches €5.55 takeover offer for Berentzen

Sazerac launched a takeover offer for all shares of Berentzen at €5.55 ($6.37) apiece, supported by Berentzen’s supervisory and executive boards. Bids, mergers, acquisitions and disposals were reported by 0930 GMT on Monday.
