PX3 Partners buys UK emissions control firm Purified Air

PX3 Partners has acquired Purified Air, a UK-based maker of emission control systems for commercial kitchens and industrial applications. The deal was carved out from Wickland Holdings, the family vehicle of founder David Collins, who retained a stake and board role. Purified Air, founded in 1984 and employing about 90 people, sells filtration and odor control equipment to quick-service restaurant chains, with recurring maintenance and consumables revenue.
