Waraba Gold appoints Adam Cegielski to board

Waraba Gold appointed capital markets executive Adam Cegielski to its board, effective immediately. Cegielski is chairman of Silver Viper Minerals and Orex Minerals. He was a founding director of Cayden Resources, acquired by Agnico Eagle Mines in a deal valued near C$205 million. He founded Gold Line Resources in 2020, a district-scale exploration company focused on northern Sweden. The appointment adds capital markets and corporate development experience as Waraba advances its Côte d'Ivoire-focused exploration strategy.
