Prime Drink Group finalized settlement terms with Roynat Inc. and Financement Agricole Canada via a $1.01 million cash payment, releasing the company from all guarantees tied to Triani Canada loans and eliminating potential exposure of up to $17.6 million. The cash payment supports balance-sheet strengthening alongside an ongoing private placement announced Aug. 26, 2026.
