Medicus Pharma has shifted SkinJect development to focus exclusively on Gorlin syndrome patients with multiple basal cell carcinoma lesions and will conclude internally sponsored development in sporadic or nodular basal cell carcinoma under a capital-efficient portfolio strategy. The company's clinical plan centers on FDA-authorized SKNJCT-005, an NDA-enabling Phase 2b study in Gorlin syndrome.
