Jack in the Box appoints former Starbucks CFO Ruggeri

Jack in the Box appointed former Starbucks EVP & CFO Rachel Ruggeri to its board as an independent director. Director Michael Murphy will retire and not stand for reelection at the 2027 annual meeting.
