Forgent Power Solutions beats Q4 guidance; expands PTS capacity

Forgent Power Solutions reported Q4 2026 revenue of $462M (+94%) vs guidance, record $1.5B bookings, $3.0B backlog, and $66M net income. The company invested $35M to boost PTS capacity by more than 50% to lift revenue capacity to about $5.8B, and will report results Sept. 15, 2026.
