Crane to acquire Trillium Pumps US for about $240M

Crane Company (NYSE:CR) is set to acquire Trillium Pumps US for about $240M, adding Floway, Wemco, Roto—Jet and WSP, and projecting roughly $115M in incremental revenue by 2026. DA Davidson kept a Buy on Crane and a $245 price target; the deal aims to close in Q4.
