STRR go-shop ends; S-4 planned for 10% Series A preferred

Star Equity Holdings said its go-shop ended after soliciting 93 parties and it found no superior proposal to the Harte Hanks deal. It plans to file an S-4 to register 10% Series A perpetual preferred stock for Harte Hanks shareholders, with combined proxy/prospectus materials.
