Texas Capital Bancshares to shift primary listing to TXSE

Texas Capital Bancshares will move its primary listing from Nasdaq to the Texas Stock Exchange, ending Nasdaq trading Oct. 7, 2026. TXSE trading and ticker changes to TXCP/TXCP PRB are effective Nov. 9, 2026, with Chief Risk Officer David Oman departing.
